MilRecruiter acts as the data controller and custodian for applicant information submitted through the Services.

Certifications, ratings, and qualifications

Note: Uploaded documents may contain sensitive information (including, in some cases, Social Security numbers or other identifiers). Applicants are responsible for the content they choose to upload.

3. How We Use Information

Store and display Applications and Profiles
Allow authorized Squadrons/Representatives to review Applications
Communicate with Applicants regarding platform activity

MilRecruiter does not make hiring decisions or evaluate applicant suitability beyond providing technical tools.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may share personal information with:
4.1 Squadrons and Authorized Representatives
Applicant information may be shared with Squadrons or organizations you submit to or allow access to your Application. Those entities are responsible for their own handling of Applicant data.
4.2 Service Providers
Third-party vendors who assist us with:
Hosting and infrastructure
Data storage
Security
Analytics
Customer support
These providers are contractually required to protect confidentiality.
4.3 Legal and Regulatory Authorities
We may disclose information if required to:
Comply with law or legal process
Respond to subpoenas or court orders

MilRecruiter does not sell applicant personal information.
5. Relationship to BogiDope LLC
MilRecruiter LLC and BogiDope LLC are separate but affiliated entities.
MilRecruiter is the data controller for applicant PII.
BogiDope may access limited data only as a service provider or processor for authentication, support, or system integration.
BogiDope does not independently control or own applicant PII.
6. Data Retention
Active accounts: retained while the account remains active
Inactive accounts: eligible for deletion after twelve (12) months of inactivity
User-requested deletion: honored unless retention is required by law or legitimate operational needs

7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
